The Internal Committee tracks membership, provides incentive systems for member participation, and organizes various social events for members. This includes brainstorming new event ideas, planning, and providing apparel. Past internal events have included MUSE Formal, Soul Cycle, corporate sponsorships with BaubleBar and SnackPass, professor luncheons, and creating MUSE mentorship pairings.
Steven Li is a Wharton sophomore from sunny Los Angeles, CA. After a summer marketing internship at BYD, Steven joined MUSE freshman fall, inspired by his mentors during the Pre-First Year Program. Outside of MUSE, Steven is the Class of 2027 President and enjoys cooking, especially in his rice cooker. Steven is a food critic for the 34th St Magazine and covers business for the Daily Pennsylvanian. He also is the finance director of Penn Appetit, the food club and magazine on campus.
Rachel Lee is a sophomore from Northern Virginia studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics. Rachel joined MUSE her freshman fall to gain exposure to marketing and explore professional development opportunities. She was also drawn to MUSE's tight-knit community. Outside of MUSE, Rachel writes for The Daily Pennsylvanian and is involved in the Law Journal.

Internal launched two mentorship programs this past academic year: 1) pairing undergraduate upperclassmen and underclassmen 2) pairing undergraduate upperclassmen and MBAs. MUSE found both initiatives invaluable to helping MUSE members jumpstart their careers, gain advice, and meet other people in the marketing, consulting, and finance world!
Internal, recognizing how difficult it has been to meet new people in a virtual environment, launched MUSE Matches to make new pairs every month for MUSe members to meet each other. They reached out every month with a different match for members to meet with!
All of MUSE, including returning members and newbies, from all committees were welcomed to our Spring GBM! Committees went over some updates and showed off their newbies, there were some MUSE-wide announcements and a little speed dating at the end!

MUSE Internal hosted a virtual professor dinner with Professor Kahn as an amazing opportunity to ask Professor Kahn questions about her research, class, talk with her in a more intimate setting, and interact with other students and MUSE members!
